Verifone loads Authi onto your terminal remotely, usually overnight.

Once your contract is signed, Authi can usually be live on your terminals within 48 business hours.

Yes. You can choose which terminals have Authi enabled.

Yes. You can choose which terminals each campaign appears on.

Most businesses will not need changes. Some businesses have terminal firewalls in place. If you do, you may need to whitelist the Authi app. The Authi team can help you check this and guide you through the process.

If your terminal relies on the internet, it may stop working when the internet drops out, regardless of Authi. Authi does not change how your terminal handles internet outages.

Authi is rigorously tested by Verifone and holds SOC 2 Type 2 compliance certification.
